The owner gave me a warm welcome. My double room was lovely and clean. It included all I needed. The location is great, it has many shops and restaurants within a minute's walk. I will book again.
The staircase up to rooms isn't very well lit either.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The parking situation was a joke, costing me £7.50. accessing the car park proved difficult when two cars were already parked. It was especially challenging given i have mobility issues. the manager mentioned they don't really cater to disabled guests, which isn't exactly reassuring.

the room was super clean. dot greeted us and she was cute. nothing was too much trouble. she. breakfast was lovely.
the host was lovely! but there was a strong smell of smoke downstairs.

it was easy to locate the building. i could check in without problems. the hotel is close to the city center. it is an easy walk to the winter gardens, i noticed. shops are nearby too.

I liked the friendly and cute staff. They provided necessities like towels and tea. the room had a decent size and felt comfortable. i also appreciated the warm welcome received from the owner and the fabulous location, with shops and restaurants nearby.
